No Refunds Policy

Service

invoices.org accepts a PDF document and a postal address, prints the document, and submits it to the postal service for delivery. That is the entirety of the service.

No Refunds

All payments are final. Once a document has been submitted for printing and mailing, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete recipient address provided by the caller
• Mail returned to sender
• Delivery refused by the recipient
• Mail lost or delayed by the postal service
• Caller error in the submitted document

Our Obligation

Our obligation is fulfilled when the document is submitted to our print-and-mail provider for processing. Postal delivery is handled by the postal service and is outside our control.

Payment

Payment is made via the x402 protocol (USDC on Base network). Transactions are on-chain and non-reversible. Submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
